Get Ready to Fall in Love

Clear Your Calendars, It’s Concert Season

October 17, 2017

Music is such a huge part of all of our lives. Everyone has a favorite artist that they never get tired of listening to; when that artist releases new music, they can’t wait to get their hands, and ears, on it. That excitement usually carries through to a tour or concert where one gets to spend a night enjoying great music and a good time with friends. The atmosphere of a concert is so enjoyable and is definitely something worth experiencing at least once in your life. Seeing your favorite performer live, or maybe even meeting them, is a memory that will last a lifetime. That being said, you might want to clear your calendars and take a night this fall to experience some of the hype! Here are some of the concerts coming to Pittsburgh that are totally worth seeing.

  1. Artist: Ed Sheeran   Date: September 26, 2017    Location: PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh PA

Ed Sheeran is a very well known artist making his tour one of the most prominent coming to Pittsburgh this fall. So many people are excited to see his talent portrayed live throughout his new album Divide. He doesn’t use over the top sets, and certainly doesn’t wear anything special. His concerts are mostly himself and his incredible guitar skills. Even without all of the backup excitement, Sheeran’s show will rank at the top of your list. Junior Emily DiPasquale said she can’t wait to see his performance because, “he’s authentic and true to himself.” This is such a true statement, and the reason why he possesses such a massive fanbase. Sheeran is a very talented singer/songwriter, and will definitely have Pittsburgh ready to “dive right in” this September 26.

  1. Artist: Katy Perry    Date: September 22, 2017    Location: PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh PA   3. Artist: Lady Gaga    Date:  November 20, 2017    Locations: PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh PA

Lady Gaga and Katy Perry are also stirring some major excitement in Pittsburgh this fall. You can prepare to expect the unexpected when seeing these two artists perform live. They both have very unique and different styles within their shows that are unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. On the complete opposite end from Ed Sheeran’s shows, they have extremely elaborate set designs and some very interesting wardrobe changes that always keep people on their toes. There will never be a dull moment during either of these concerts.
