SAre you ever walking the halls of our lovely school, pass a random adult that you don’t know, and wonder who the heck they are? You probably think, “whatever, she’s probably a librarian or something” or “must be a substitute”. Teachers who teach English, Math, or other required curriculums are the most well-known because, well, everyone has probably had them at least once in their academic career. We are a small school, and I think it’s important to put a spotlight on educators who work just as hard as the rest of the staff but don’t teach a core subject. I didn’t know who they were at first, but now I do.

- What is your job title and what does it entail? Principal’s Secretary, Assisting the principal with Teacher Schedules, Budgeting, managing day-to-day operations
- What do you like most about your job? Working with the teachers and staff. Everyone is so friendly
- What is your favorite food? Pretty much anything that has artichoke hearts and spinach in it.
- What is your favorite song? “I Can See Clearly Now”
- What is your biggest pet peeve? When people lie.
I know it is sooo confusing because there are, like, three offices, but now you know what one of the secretaries names is. So stop and say hi! Actually you probably shouldn’t that’s kind of weird. But if you ever want to hijack the huge board outside the school that says announcements and stuff, Mrs. Kovach is your person.
