Teacher Personal Stories Part 1

For today’s Personal Story we have German teacher extraordinaire, Frau Karns. She told me some funny things that her two sons said as three-year-olds
Frau Karns
Henry: One afternoon, after watching an episode of Thomas and Friends, which had included a new engine from China, I asked Henry if he knew where China was. He looked at me like I was stupid and said, “Of course I do! I know all of the planets in our solar system.”
Marcus: We were at the pediatrician for his check-up. The doctor asked if he had any allergies. He said to penicillin. He then asked the doctor if he knew that penicillin came from a fungus. The doctor replied that he did indeed know that. He then asked Marcus, “So does that mean you’re not a fungi’?” Marcus didn’t understand the references and said “Oh! I’m a fun guy and have a lot of fun, but I am still allergic to that fungus.”
