Being gluten free sucks. But there’s not much I can do about it. I have been gluten free for two and a half years now. I AM NOT GLUTEN FREE BY CHOICE. It was the middle of the night and I woke up with my stomach just aching. My parents took me to the hospital. The doctors told me to try cutting out different foods and go on different diets to see if that would make a difference. Eventually we figured out that I couldn’t eat foods with gluten. This was devastating for me because I loved bread. I could eat an entire 24 pack of Hawaiian rolls in one sitting. No joke. So going gluten free wasn’t very fun but over time I began to get used to it and the food that I was now FORCED to eat. This series is all about different people trying my favorite gluten free snacks. We will be seeing what they think of it and determine the chances of them eating it for enjoyment.
For me, this pizza from Supremos is very good. It is my top choice when asked to order pizza. I don’t like red sauce on my pizza, so I get a white pizza with no tomatoes. Though it is good, I will admit that the crust is very thin. Some do not like when a crust is super thin. But hey, what can I do about it?
I would rate this slice four stars out of five.
Today our special guest is: a German
Theresa has had pizza before. But not American pizza. On her final night in America she tried… the pizza. Her initial face gave confusion and disgust. She said that it was very crunchy which was interesting to her because she was not used to it. Her positive feedback about the pizza was that she liked the herbs. She said they made her feel like she was eating something healthy.

Jacob has had his fair share of pizza before. He was very disappointed with the overall appearance and taste of the pizza. He hated the fact that there was no tomato sauce. I guess the guy likes his sauce. He quickly grabbed his lemonade to get the “terrible” taste out of his mouth.

Sennett had a much different opinion of the pizza than the others. She savored the whole slice and ate every last bite minus the crust. She was then called a baby for not eating the crust. But to be honest, I don’t eat the crust either. If given the option between the gluten free pizza and regular tomato sauce pizza, she picked the GLUTEN FREE ONE! That is a win in my eyes.

Landen had a quick taste and reaction to the pizza. He did not love it one bit. The reason for his undying hatred toward this lonely sad piece was because he claimed he couldn’t chew it. I say he has too high of standards. Sometimes you need to put in a little bit of effort to enjoy something. BOOOO Landen.

Brady is a constant hater for gluten free foods. He claims to be gluten free “free” so he forcefully goes out of his way not to eat things gluten free. He called the pizza “cheesy bread”. Honestly he isn’t wrong. That is what pizza is. Thank you for stating the obvious! He said there is no flavor, just cheese and that the fact that there is no sauce makes him mad.
Brady gave this slice two point seven stars out of five.
So in this segment, there was only one successful love for the gluten free white pizza. But, one is better than none! Come back next time to see what gluten free food we try next!
