We are finally having some phenomenal fall weather, so people are starting to wear their favorite cargo pants and zip-up hoodies. As Taylor Swift would say, ‘Tis the da** season.”

I talked to juniors Gretta Hull and Jada Burgard about their outfits, and I must say I was impressed! 

Here is Burgard’s outfit breakdown.

“My jacket is from Hollister, my shirt is from Urban Outfitters, my jeans are from Pacsun, my shoes are Adidas, and my socks are Nike.” 

I love Pacsun jeans, so they were the first thing I noticed about this outfit! Burgard styled her jeans well with the top and zip-up.

 Burgard is wearing a controversial color combination: a navy shirt and a black zip-up. I absolutely love “Blavy,” though, so I am more than okay with this combo. 

The shoes are my favorite part of the entire look, though. Adidas is on the up and up again, and I am more than happy with this trend. 

Overall, I’m going to give Burgard’s outfit an 8/10! She rocks it well, and I could see myself wearing something similar. 

Now onto Hull’s outfit!
“My shirt is from [Aerie] Offline, my pants are from American Eagle, My jacket is from Aeropostale, my socks are Nike, my shoes are from UGG, and my necklace is from Kendra [Scott].”

I am a sucker for a good Kendra Scott necklace, so that stuck out for me right away. I have the same exact one! So she already has some points on my grading scale.

Aerie offline shirts are incredibly smooth, we love a comfortable queen! Black is always a solid color choice, there’s so much to build off of. 

I think the white jacket worked well with the top and the pants. It was pretty cold in the school too, so I bet both Hull and Burgard’s jackets came in handy. 

Now the purple cargos, I’m not so sure of. I personally like more neutral colors and tones so I couldn’t see myself wearing them, but I think she pulls it off! Purple is a blonde’s best friend. 

I have been wanting a pair of UGGs since everyone fell in love with them again a year ago, and the Tazmans were always on the table as one of the many, many, pairs of UGGs I wanted. They just look so comfortable! I think the color slightly clashes with the pants though, but nothing that people would focus on too much.

I give this outfit a 7.5/10! I really liked everything on her and thought almost all the colors went well, except for the pants. She killed this look though, and I’m sure she had heads turning. I wouldn’t wear it, but I think it brings out her best features very well.
