Believe it or not, there are so many artistically inclined people in our school that get no recognition. Did you know that Kendall Vettori’s talents go way beyond Friday Night Lights?

Q: What creative or artistic activities do you participate in?

A: “I’m in the Marching Band as a Feature Twirler. Along with twirling for the school, I twirl at Gwen’s School of Champions by: Natalie as a Young American.”

Q: How did you get involved in these activities?

A: “I though twirling was cool and wanted to give it a try.”

(Can I just say this “giving twirling a try” turned out to be quite an amazing thing…)

Q: Where have you traveled due to twirling?

A: “I’ve traveled to Virginia and Disney with the Marching Band, and to Notre Dame for Nationals as a Young American.”

Q: What’s the highest level of competition you’ve experienced?

A: “Going to Nationals and competing against people from all over the Nation.”

Q: What success have you accomplished.

A: “Getting second place in my solo at Nationals.”

Q: What’s something you would like people in our school to know about?

A: “The Young Americans have WON Nationals, it’s kind of a big deal…”

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to add?

A: “Join Marching Band!!! You won’t regret it!”
