It’s the most wonderful time of year here at the Knight Times– our annual Turkey Contest.  Students in yearbook, newspaper, and intro to photography put their artistic skills to the test, and shockingly there was only one glitter related accident (sorry John).

There’s a lot at stake as the overall winner gets a $20 Sheetz gift card. That’s like a quarter tank of gas or four orders of Mac n Cheese Bites. This year’s categories are:

1. Traditional Hand Turkey
2. Celebrity Hand Turkey (teachers count as celebrities)
3. Monster Hand Turkey
4. Most Original Hand Turkey
5. Tried but Failed Turkey (someone who tried to impress but absolutely failed)

Voting is open through Monday, November 15th.  On the 16th, the winners of each category will be posted so we can vote on the overall winner.

While you vote, make sure to check out some of our other stories. The next edition of the paper will be out on Friday, November 19th. The overall winner will be announced then.
