It has been a long and eventful year here at Knoch High School, and it’s certain that we all deserve a good celebration. Knoch is in dire need of a concert!
Choral teacher Mr. Sypien said, “I think it’s time we get Knoch hype and ready to have a great summer. And, of course, to come back for a great year!”
But, no, not a concert performed by any local artists or bands. These scurrying singers come from all the way out in Los Angeles, California!
“Our situation entailed [mind the pun] that we had to bring in the most epic and musically talented group to raise the Knights up to their feet,” said Mr. Sypien.
That group is none other than Alvin and the Chipmunks! You heard it here first, folks. The Chipmunks are going to perform for Knoch High School!
Mr. Sypien said, “When this idea came across the board, they didn’t remember that I went to college with the one and only Dave Seville.”
Seville is the father/manager for the chipmunks, and was pleased to hear that Sypien wanted the group to perform for us.
“Alvin and the Chipmunks are ecstatic to perform for a high school again. And, so am I of course. The last time they performed at a high school was in 2009,” said Seville.
Students are expectedly 50/50 on this event. Some students, especially sophomore Declan Krepp, are extremely excited.
“This is awesome,” said Krepp. “I’m definitely skipping lacrosse to see the Chipmunks. They’re my favorite band!”
Krepp’s favorite teacher, Mr. Reiley is on the complete opposite side of the scale in this curious chipmunk case.
“There is no way I’m attending this event. Brainless idiots like Declan are sure to enjoy it, though they should be engaging in math practice,” said Mr. Reiley.
Well, we know this is happening, but how? How much will tickets cost? When and where will this take place?
Seville said, “The Chipmunks invite all of Knoch High School to the new cafeteria, for FREE, on Friday, May 23, 2025 after school!”
