Take a look at your fellow classmates’ mornings, as you might see a step you’d like to add to yours. Believe it or not someone’s morning routine might make you rethink yours.
As soon as senior Avery Poston wakes up she grabs her Bible, and begins to read. “I think starting your day with a daily devotion will help make your day better because it gets you into the right mindset,” said Poston. After reading for about fifteen minutes, Poston makes her bed, which is her least favorite part of her morning routine. “ I have a loft bed and it’s too hard for me to make,” said Poston. After struggling to make her bed, Poston washes her face and begins to get ready(hair/makeup). Poston eats breakfast, brushes her teeth, and heads off to school. “My favorite part of my morning routine is getting in His word; it always makes my day,’’ said Poston.
