Junior Izabella Spencer is giving a shout out to her friend Maddie Williams. Williams is a sophomore in high school this year. Spencer said, “I would like to shout out my best friend Maddie Williams, she’s my best friend and she’s so funny and cool. I’m so glad I met her in 8th grade and so glad we met.”
