Do you ever lay in bed at night and wonder, “how different would my life be if I looked like Arnold Schwarzenegger?” You then get hit with that 2 AM motivation, and then you see that alarm you set for 5, and the dream pretty much just dies there when you hit stop and go back to sleep.
Anyway, imagine if you did look like Arnold, better yet, imagine if you could lift as much as he could. Well, these students and teachers are well on their way to becoming the next Terminator and Governor of California, as they’ve hit over a half ton of weight on 3 exercises, bench press, deadlift, and squat. This is an incredible achievement and takes lots of hard work, and food, to do.
