If you have ever played sports, you have probably heard some unc yell the phrase, “look good, play good.” If you haven’t noticed this year, other than a couple standout teams and players, Knoch sports have not done so well. If most are not playing good, let’s see if they are looking good.

Note: They mostly do not look good.

Most teams that have two uniforms, just switch the colors around and are pretty much the same exact thing just instead of blue they would use white. If there are two completely different uniforms they will both be graded differently but ranked at the same spot. Basically, what I believe is the average of the two uniforms together is where they would rank.

20. Boys Tennis

• You can’t even call this a uniform if nobody wears it to anything and you don’t use it for anything other than pictures.

19. Bocce

• This one is tough, because although the uniform is only a polo and khakis, and every bocce team in every school wears it, they just are too plain and basic. Even though it sucks, it is really not their fault because there’s not much they can really do about it.

18. Swimming

• I like the cap, but it needs to switch the gold and white. I would also love to see more than just blue on everything. They should add more on it, it could potentially be fire, but they probably won’t.

17. Girls XC/Track

• Again just basic, they need to add some white and it would be fire. It is a track uniform, but the blue is a little light for a navy, definitely pushing it there. If they just copied the boys team it would be 1000 times better.

16. Softball

• Blue- My least favorite jersey in the whole entire school. The font is pretty bad and the gold pinstripes are not it. They also have a gold knoch and gold numbers on top of the pinstripes. I like using gold more than white, but that is way too much gold. If the pinstripes were white and the font was just any other font it would be so much better.
• White – It’s alright, nothing really special about it other than it is something a little different. I am not a big fan of the Knights across the back where a name would be if they had one, but it is acceptable if the school name is tough. Sadly Knoch and Knight are not. It is also pretty empty in the front. If they made the logo bigger it could be better.

15. Baseball

• Blue- Second to last favorite uniform behind softball. White pinstripes on the jersey with no pinstriped pants, not even close to the right font for Knoch. I mean it is pretty bad. The hats don’t match at all with the color or the logo they used. How are you going to let the JV team have way better uniforms than you? I guess I am a D1 hater.
• White – It is better than the blue ones, but they need to do things to make it better. The Knoch is still bad, no matter what color. I don’t like gold numbers on white jerseys, but at least they got rid of the terrible pinstripes on the blue ones.

14. Golf

• Basic polo shirt and hat, but it looks pretty good.

13. Boys Lax

• Blue ones are pretty much purple jerseys. I am not a big fan of the font that they used, but at least they have gold numbers. I am also not a big fan of the helmets, they look like Highlands and Knoch combined. They would look much better with chrome domes. Also need a Knights on the home jersey instead of having both of them say Knoch on the front.

12. Boys Wrestling

• I didn’t think these were bad, they are pretty basic. I would like to see some more gold and I do not really like the striping on the bottom.

11. Girls Basketball

• Not as good as the boys team. The font is okay but, again it needs gold numbers. I also am not a big fan of the knee pads that they seem to all have to wear.

10. Hockey

•  Blue- Biggest fall off of all time from a white jersey to a blue one. The stripes are terrible and don’t match the pants. The gold striping down the arms doesn’t look that good and a gold Knoch that is diagonal would look much better than just a straight white Knoch with numbers in the front. They just look so bad.
• White- Top 2 and it isn’t 2. Everything about it is the best thing of all time. The blue helmet additions this year made it much, much better. Only bad thing is the patch on one side of the sleeve (I tore my patch off).

Side note: The last names on the jerseys is tough.

9. Girls Lax

• I don’t think the jerseys are that bad, but I absolutely hate the font they use. I hate it so much that I moved them down five spots because I hate it so much. Also gold Knoch and numbers are very good. Just an absolutely horrendous font.

8. Girls Wrestling

• A bit better than the boys but I like the Knight heads on the back. They look pretty cool.

7. Football

• Blue – Pretty good and basic. The white Knoch and numbers, don’t make me say it. The helmets are alright. I think Knight would look better than K but I am not the equipment guy. White face masks were a great changethey made this year that is very underrated.
• White- The two uniforms are pretty much the same but flipped, but the one thing different about the white is the white on white numbers on the shoulders. I am not a big fan of this so they should change it.
• Camo- Trash, no further comment.

6. Girls Soccer

• Very basic uniform, I feel like a broken record when I say to make it gold with white outline rather than white with gold, but it’s alright. I like the font they used for the numbers.

5. Boys XC/Track

•  Very simple but very good. I love the Knight that they put into the logo that is all gold with the white lettering, looks very clean. It is a track uniform that is very simple, but they somehow found a way to make it look pretty good.

4.  Boys Basketball

• Blue- Has to be in the Knoch uniform hall of fame, just an insanely good uniform. I love the stripes down the sides and the Michigan State font. Although the Knoch is white it looks good when you see the Gold numbers they use. Just all around a solid uniform.
• White – Definitely a little bit of a step down, but I like how simple they kept it but also looks pretty good. The two things I would change are, I would make the knight on the shorts be on the other side or flip it around. I would also give it a little more gold. But it is pretty good.

3. Volleyball

Very very very very very very very good and also very very basic. Gold numbers are great, Gold Knoch is even better, and the stripes are good. I think it is cool how they have a gold jersey instead of a white one, but I hate hate hate hate hate the font on the gold one.

2. Girls Tennis

•  I wish they wore these more often, the colors look super good and the logo is the best logo of all Knoch sports on a uniform, just great all around they just don’t like to wear them.

1. Boys Soccer

• One word: Fire, all it needs is gold numbers.
