Why She Started~ “ I have an older brother that used to be in boy scouts with Mrs. Myer’s (former orchestra director) son and she said that I had violin fingers. I kinda believed her and so here I am.”

Her Favorite Part~ “The best parts about being in the orcherstra is learning to play with life long friends and getting to meet new people.”

How This Will Carry On In Her Life~”I’ve learned a lot of leadership skills and work ethic. It’s also helped me to be able to teach others what I’ve learned and help them see the value of music in their lives. I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon and I’ve only gotten better by practicing until my fingers bleed or the just stop working. I’ve learned that everything takes hard work and dedication.
