Welcome to Art or Fart Fear Factor Edition! In this special edition of Art or Fart, I will present to you four art projects that I would fear if I were a contestant on Fear Factor and I saw these in the wild. I will rate them on a scale of Friend or Fear.
First up, we have this spider from Emma Salasky that is no less than creepy. Who isn’t scared of spiders? It looks like a tarantula that is ready to strike from its well fitting environment, the corner of a shelf. It has 5 eyes and massive fangs with black spots all over the rest of its body.(FRIEND: 0% FEAR: 100% )
Next up we have this mosquito/ ant eater/ penguin looking thing with the beadiest black eyes; I really don’t know what this is. It was brought into this world by Abigail Totterdale and maybe they should be the ones to take it back out. As a hypothetical contestant on Fear Factor, I would not want anything to do with whatever this is. It looks like its been sliding through the mud with it’s dirty tan and black coloration. (FRIEND: 0% FEAR: 10,000%)
This Pikachu with the fitting note in front of it that reads “It’s coming out” is creepy but not terrifying. This was created by Anthony George. Poor Pikachu looks like he’s been through a lot, he may even be a former contestant of the show and these are the results of what Fear Factor can do to you. He looks moldly, if ceramic pieces of art could smell, he’d smell like moldy bread that was soaked in curdled milk for months. He’s got an array of blue and green with hints of yellow around the eyes and ears. I think that this is not one of the scariest pieces of art on display at the moment. (FRIEND: 20% FEAR: 80%)

Last up are is this stamp crafted by none other than an anonymous sorcerer. This reminds me of one of the posters you’d find playing one of the slenderman games when we were little. Do these freshman even know what slenderman is? I don’t know what the text on this print is supposed to be, but it features a demonic scare crow and I do believe it will show up in my nightmares. If I were walking through a field and saw this I would immediately turn around and go back to wherever I came from without giving it a second thought. (FRIEND: 0% FEAR: Infinite)
