Outside of just the tips in this video, I recommend praying continually (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and coming to FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) when you can. Although, next Wednesday morning (7:15am in the middle school library) is probably the last FCA meeting for the year. See you there 😉
